Product-claim, billing, and rescission review
This page defines the software license, fulfillment model, and refund boundaries for the live service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using Credit Hunter ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Credit Hunter is an AI-driven Software-as-a-Service platform for consumer credit-dispute workflow management. The Service helps users upload reports, organize dispute targets, generate correspondence, and authorize dispatch through third-party mail-fulfillment vendors using USPS Certified Mail.
Credit Hunter is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not guarantee any specific credit score increase, deletion, approval, or financial outcome.
3. SaaS Subscription
The monthly SaaS license fee is $9.99/month, charged automatically through Stripe unless canceled. The SaaS fee covers software access, account management, AI-assisted drafting, Telegram status delivery, and dispute timeline tracking.
The SaaS fee is separate from mail-fulfillment costs. Physical dispatch charges are funded through the War Chest described below.
4. War Chest and Mail Fulfillment
The $25 War Chest is a separate pass-through balance for physical mail execution. It is not part of the SaaS license fee.
- War Chest funds are used for third-party printing, USPS Certified Mail postage, electronic return receipt, and Lob or LetterStream API fulfillment charges.
- No letter is dispatched until you authorize the mailing.
- Tracking, provider message IDs, and delivery events are logged back into your case when available.
5. Authorized Use
You represent that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and belongs to you or a person for whom you are lawfully authorized to act.
The Service is intended for disputes involving factual discrepancies, unauthorized or mixed-file reporting, incomplete or unverifiable information, or compliance issues under laws such as FCRA § 611 and FCRA § 604. You may not use the Service to manufacture false claims or to challenge information you know is accurate and substantiated.
6. Communications and Support
Credit Hunter may send verification, billing, case-status, and dispatch notifications through the web application, email, and linked Telegram workflows. Support, cancellation, refund, privacy, and legal requests must be routed to support@credithunter.co.
We do not process account-sensitive support requests by phone or through Telegram chat.
7. 72-Hour Right of Rescission and Cancellation
If you cancel within 72 hours of signup, the SaaS license fee is fully refundable. Any undeployed War Chest balance still available in your account may also be refunded to your original payment method.
Any War Chest funds already deployed to USPS or already submitted to Lob or LetterStream for an authorized mailing are non-refundable. After the 72-hour rescission window, the SaaS fee is non-refundable and cancellation applies at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law. 8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Individual results depend on the facts of the dispute, bureau and furnisher behavior, delivery timing, and applicable law. Credit Hunter does not warrant uninterrupted availability or any particular dispute outcome.
